⚡ Quick Summary: Due to the nature of digital products with instant delivery, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis for legitimate issues.
1. General Refund Policy
As Duskz provides digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we maintain a strict refund policy:
- All sales are final once the license key has been delivered
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Valid technical issues may qualify for refunds or replacements
- Contact us within 24 hours of purchase for the best chance of resolution
2. Eligible Refund Reasons
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
✅ Valid Reasons:
- Product Not Working: The software fails to launch or function despite following setup instructions
- Wrong Product: You accidentally purchased the wrong version (Standard vs Premium)
- Duplicate Purchase: You were charged multiple times for the same order
- License Key Issues: Your key was invalid or already used when delivered
- System Incompatibility: Product doesn't work with your system (Windows version issues)
❌ NOT Eligible for Refunds:
- Roblox Account Bans: We cannot refund if your Roblox account gets banned
- Changed Mind: Buyer's remorse or no longer wanting the product
- Poor Performance: Product works but doesn't meet your expectations
- License Key Sharing: Key was shared and flagged as stolen
- Already Used: You've been using the product for days/weeks
- Detected by Anti-Cheat: Product gets detected after purchase
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Support

Step 2: Provide Information
Include the following in your ticket:
- Order ID or transaction receipt
- Email address used for purchase
- License key (if received)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
Step 3: Troubleshooting
Our support team will attempt to resolve your issue first. Many problems can be fixed without requiring a refund.
Step 4: Decision
If the issue cannot be resolved, we'll review your refund request and respond within 24-48 hours.
4. Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
- You'll receive confirmation once the refund is processed
5. Chargebacks
⚠️ IMPORTANT - Please Do NOT File Chargebacks!
If you dispute the charge with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first:
- Your license key will be immediately revoked
- You will be banned from future purchases
- We cannot assist you further
Always contact us through Discord first. We're reasonable and will work with you to resolve legitimate issues.
6. Replacement Keys
In some cases, we may offer a replacement key instead of a refund:
- If your key was flagged incorrectly
- If there was a technical issue with key generation
- If you can demonstrate the key never worked
Replacement keys are issued at our discretion.
7. Alt Accounts Refund Policy
For alt accounts purchases:
- You must verify account access within 24 hours of purchase
- If login credentials don't work, we'll provide a replacement or refund
- Once you've logged in successfully, sales are final
- We're not responsible for accounts banned after delivery
8. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund:
- Product has limited functionality compared to description
- Significant delays in receiving license key
- Issues that reduce but don't eliminate product value
Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.
9. Store Credit
Instead of a monetary refund, we may offer:
- Store credit for future purchases
- Upgrade to Premium at a discounted rate
- Extended license duration
Store credit never expires and can be used on any product.
10. No Refund After Detection
Important Notice: External tools for Roblox carry inherent detection risks. We work hard to keep Duskz undetected, but:
- No external tool is 100% undetectable forever
- Roblox continuously updates their anti-cheat
- Updates and fixes are provided, but detection can happen
- Refunds are NOT provided if the product gets detected
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
